Fermented Salsa & Cultured Nut Cheese Workshop at Bare Health, Congleton. This is a Workshop to create fermented condiments full of flavour and just takes summer cuisine to another level.
We will create fermented salsa or a pesto with seasonal ingredients which creates fantastic complex flavours for you to take home.
And we’ll explore cultured nut cheeses!
In this workshop We will culture nuts to create a dairy free, plant based cheese. This process creates a delicious tangy, savoury,spreadable or firm cheese and when fermented has great flavour!
We will have tasters to share what’s possible with the delicious ferments and set you up for summer!
