Join us at Lyon Arboretum for a fun and educational event all about fermentation! Bitter Root Brewery will be sharing their expertise on the basics of fermentation using locally sourced ingredients. Whether you're a seasoned homebrewer or just curious about the process, this event is perfect for anyone interested in learning more about fermentation.

Location: Lyon Arboretum Upstairs Visitors Center Classroom
About the Instructors: Nicolas C. and Nicolas B. of Team BRB are graduate students at the University of Hawaiʻi at Manoa. They started a brewing business through a fermentation class. They love to teach and are happy to share their knowledge about fermentation and support the local economy.
What to Bring: A desire to learn and a notebook and writing tool to take notes.
Recommended to Wear/Bring: Although this class will be held indoors, it is recommended that you wear mosquito repellent and bring an umbrella or rain jacket to use from the parking lot to the classroom in the event of rain.
Deadline for Refunds: Friday, October 4th.
