Join us for our 2025 Hudson Valley Fermentation Festival, where you can explore a lively Tasting Market, filled with local producers of fermented food and beverages. From sour pickles and indulgent cheeses to chocolate, spirits and wine, discover and celebrate the diversity and gut-goodness of fermented creations!
Don't miss the opportunity to participate in a workshop, demo, or talk, led by producers and experts in fermentation, including our keynote speaker Brad Leone, chef, entrepreneur, author of Field Notes for Food Adventure, internet star, and fermentation expert; Alice Jun, founder and Sool Maker at Hana Makgeolli; and Eric Sauber, chef and lecturing instructor at the Culinary Institute of America.
We'll have live music all day, and we'll be serving up wood-fired pizza, burgers and kimchi hot dogs.
