About this Event
This workshop is designed for anyone interested in learning more about safely
fermenting food at home. This hands-on class will cover basics of fermenting,
including safety and how to prepare fermented foods at home.
We will be focused on yogurt for this workshop. Yogurt is a fermented milk product and one of the most popular fermented foods in the world!
