Ferm Fest (as in Fermentation) is bringing you another event! Join us for a curated celebration of the art and practice of fermentation, where community connection, culinary craft, and spring vibes come together around funky and tasty foods.
$30 - includes snacks and bites all night, and a drink!

Connect with other foodies and learn about how fermented and preserved foods can support our local food system, as well as the interesting health benefits of fermentation for our bodies. You might also pick up some culinary tips and tricks from some of the best!
There will be a bar, as well as demos, samples, and handpicked local vendors.

Ferm Fest is an event series for fermented and preserved food enthusiasts and supporters of local food innovation started by local farmer/fermenter Zachary Binsfeld, owner of OFF TYPE Sauce & Spice. In the spirit of community education and creating resilient food and local food systems, we would love to build community with you. Helps us make a dream come true and begin the plans for a Minnesota Fermented Foods Festival!
