The FWC is a multipart seminar that teaches self-defense strategies and utilizes a group therapy approach to foster resilience and growth. The first hour of each session will be physical self-defense course taught by Skye Hilton. The second hour will be a group therapy session, utilizing talk therapy and various CBT modalities to increase self- worth while decreasing apprehension and fear.FAQ -

*This course was created for women who seek to gain independence and self- confidence.
How long is the event?
*2 hours, from 3pm-5pm.
How much does the event cost?
*This is a FREE course, but donations are welcomed.
Is this event good for kids?
*NO, All guests need to be 18+
What do I wear for the self- defense portion?
We are in the Momentum Bank Building. There will be a Sword School flag at the building. Access is controlled on weekends, so if you arrive and there is no one in the lobby to great you please text or call 307-677-4625
