Feral State - Brutal D-Beat Thrash coming to Newport from ‘Fast HQ’ Leicester. Recent Split release with legends turtles Jr and new album in the works apparently so they tell me. Its fast fast fast with some breakdowns and the odd gang vocal for good measure!

Host Body - Double Strength Blackened Mathcore from Bristol ft member of Ogives Big Band, The St Pierre Snake Invasion, Ilenkus, Bokotono and Lightning Sharks. They’ve played the last 2 ArcTanGent Festivals and got some stellar reviews in the last 18 months or so, new single Strain is out now and intense AF.

Priest Crippler - Stupidly intense levels of Grindcore from Bristol where as the name suggests,their hobbies include ‘sorting’ priests out. Song titles The Dicker of Dribbly and Metal Gear Flaccid give further clues as to their social messaging. Bonkers.

Absent Signifier - Improvised Free Metal From Bristol, different every gig, this is not a recital. Last time they had a mic set up just for the audience to contribute whatever and took change cues from the audience throughout as well. Expect ‘Metal’ is the only clue I can give other than it will be ace.
Loach - Power Violence from Cardiff - A short sharp shock for your earholes. 5 or 6 minute set most likely, get there early!!
