ITINERARY10:00 AM - Site opens
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Various games and social gathering (If you have games please bring them with you)
11:00 AM – A&S display opens.
Championship format to be posted by champion soon
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM - Gaming Championship. Format to be posted by champion soon.
5:00 PM - Setup begins for Feast. A&S Display closes.
6:00 PM - Feast
7:00 PM (or at the discretion of the Excellencies) - Court
9:00 PM - Clean up
Midnight - Site Closes
Since there is no cost to the Barony there will be no site fee; however, there will be a donation box available and donations will be encouraged but not required. All donations will go directly to the Barony.
Please note, anyone desiring to be the Bardic Champion would they please speak with His Excellency.
