RMIT and Professionals Australia, supported by the Commonwealth Government, are looking to understand what the future IT workforce will look like. What skills are needed, how roles will interact, at all levels of seniority? The impact of AI in the IT workplace is building, but how do we harness AI, and ensure it delivers good IT solutions that are secure, compliant with the law, effective for users and business partners, and fair and trustworthy? We are bringing together leaders from the IT industry, executives and managers, technical leaders and recruiters, to help create a vision for the future IT workforce.
