About this Event

As the year comes to an end (and with the midterm election looming), we deserve to give our nervous system a moment of rest as we release fears, doubts & anything we’re ready to let go of. Our bodies carry so much and what better way to call in some gentleness than to commune with the land?

Gather your femme and queer folx; we'll see you on Sunday, Nov 15th at 11am. Dress comfortably for the outdoors. Bring some water, a journal (or paper), and something to write with.
