Femme Workers Rising Up is a worker-led networking & training opportunity for child care providers, house cleaners, home health aids, and restaurant workers.

Come learn your rights as a worker in Massachusetts, and discuss strategies to shift workplace norms!

After hosting International Nanny Training Day in Boston for six years, Matahari is pivoting to organize the only joint-industry gathering for migrant women & femme workers of color in the care & service industries. We're excited to build awareness of the specific issues impacting women in these sectors, connect you with resources, and to strategize across lines of difference including ethnic/racial identities and languages.
