About this Event
Calling all current and aspiring entrepreneurs! Do you need an artist statement? What about an updated headshot? Perhaps you need a safe place to pitch your upcoming community engagement, or maybe you just really want to hear from two talented community leaders? Pull up!
On Thursday, August 6th from 6- 8pm meet Jaylin Sutherland of For the Kinfolk, Nia Imani of Eban Noire, and Apollo Boissiere, Cerebral's Community Engagment Intern, as they discuss artist pitches, strategy, and community best practices. You'll leave with a headshot and infinite wisdom!
The first 10 ticket sales will have the opportunity to pitch their artist statement to our panelists and fellow guests for feedback, as well as have first dibs on headshots AND have the opportunity to earn discounted studio time at Cerebral Studios.
Patties will be served from Tosh's Patties, an authentic Jamaican restaurant.
Can't wait to see you all there!
