Black Seeds Project invites intentional rest and communication with the natural world by providing practical tools for emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Through nature -based individual and group sessions, we collaborate on the path towards healing. We believe that curiosity and bravery open our hearts to create conditions of reciprocal care.

Danika Doris is a queer, Black, communist, woman born in the bay area. She is an author, poet, dancer, and is completing her masters in social work. She is into incorporating decolonization practices into her art and career.
