Our first concert in my space for 2024 will take place on Saturday February 8 with a menu inspired by Asian lunar new year traditionsAbout this Event
Electric bass guitar player Chris Trinidad and tenor/soprano sax player Francis Wong will perform in duet!!
First course: Spring rolls with peanut sauce. Rice/tapioca wrappers filled with rice noodles, fried tempeh (homeade), and herbs with peanut sauce.
Second course: Thai style pumpkin fritters, Thai style tempeh sausage, Pomelo salad
Third course:: Longevity Noodles: Homemade wheat noodles in mushroom/seaweed broth with several types of mushrooms, tofu and greens.
Dessert: Fruit jelly (made with agar)., citrus, almondy cookies, plum cookies.
