Femme de Fer brings together practical women’s self-defense, confidence, and connection. Mylene Engel and Nina Booncherd will lead you through real-world self-defense techniques designed to help you feel more prepared and confident in your ability to respond.
Following the class, Western Rose Wine Events takes over for a wine social—a chance to unwind, have a glass, and connect with the women you just trained alongside.
Come ready to move. Comfortable clothing is recommended so you can fully participate and practice the techniques.
