Feminist Bird Club HTX - November Walk @ Arthur Storey Park!

Come birding with Feminist Bird Club HTX! We are an inclusive birding group for all skill levels, abilities, identities. We will be exploring Arthur Storey Park for various wet and land bird species!

About The Walk

• All levels of experience are welcome. You are free to leave at any time.
• Limited spare binoculars are available on a first come first serve basis
• This walk is focused on finding and identifying birds; please use low level voices to respect wildlife.
• We will be traveling at a slow pace (stopping + standing) on a mix of paved concrete, dirt and grass.
• Restrooms are available at the park.
• Water, bug spray, sun protection and trail-walking clothing/shoes are recommended.

The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by vehicular traffic, terrain, facilities, weather, equipment, lack of hydration, overstimulation, bites by insects and wildlife, COVID-19 and its variations, the flu, a cold, anxiety, and actions of other people, including but not limited to, participants, leaders, and organizers.
