Feminine Flow: somatic embodiment movement

Feminine Flow is where you come home to yourself through your body. This isn’t about yoga poses or looking sexy for anyone — it’s about feeling again. Through slow, intentional movement, breath, and nervous system-led pacing, you’ll start to surrender the places you’ve been holding and guarding wounds and emotions. In this 60 minute class you’ll move your hips, the spine, the parts of you that learned to stay quiet, and in doing so you reconnect to your feminine energy, your eroticism, and your sensuality — not as something you force, but as something that naturally rises when your body feels emotionally safe in intimacy

This is a space where nothing needs to be earned or perfected. You don’t need to know how to move. You don’t need yoga experience. You just need a willingness to listen, to feel, and to let your body lead you back to yourself.
