Through a blend of slow, sensual movement and more energizing flow, you’ll be invited to release what you’ve been holding, reconnect with your body, and express yourself freely.

This practice weaves together somatic movement, breath, and voice to help you move energy and come home to yourself.
Bring a yoga mat, water, bolster if needed. Wear clothes for exercise.
