Women have never been permitted anger. They call it hysteria. They call it PMS. They call it Melodrama and Moodiness. History has a long memory for punishing women who refused to stay quiet, and most of us inherited the lesson whether we were taught it directly or not.
This is a day to call rage what it actually is: sacred, useful, and yours to reclaim on your path to sacred sovereignty.

What the day holds
- Arrival and Breakfast
- Altar-building and opening ritual
- Teaching on sacred rage, emotional anatomy, goddess ontology, and feminine power
- Catered Lunch
- Somatic practices to release what's stored in the body
- Guided rage release: screaming, destroying, breaking what needs breaking to create space for more(gentle options held and offered for survivors of violence)
- Calling in joy and sacred sovereignty
- Ritual to connect with the Inner Empress
- Sound bath and nervous system aftercare to ground you before you leave crowned.

This workshop is a gift to all women - cis, queer, and trans women, as well as non-binary folk who align with womanhoodand - and the Feminine Fire that burns in us all. Hate isn't welcome at this fire.
Your Facilitators:
Jess and Brooke conceived, created, and birthed Feminine Fire: Women's Sacred Rage as friends, abuse survivors, and practitioners in a coffee shop. We were venting frustration at toxic positivity, being told "happiness is a choice," and how so many workshops, classes and influencers exclude anger, fire, and fury as sacred, healing practices.
We got mad. We made this.
