This healing circle is for women who have spent years operating in “go mode:” managing, fixing, caretaking, and pushing through even when their bodies were signaling exhaustion. Together, we’ll explore how survival mode develops, what it looks like in daily life, and why it can feel difficult to slow down even when the crisis has passed.

Through guided discussion, education on the nervous system, and simple somatic practices, participants will learn how to recognize survival-driven patterns, support regulation, and begin shifting toward a more sustainable, grounded way of living.

This circle offers a supportive environment to build awareness, practice new skills, and connect with others who are ready to move from constant coping into true wellbeing and ease.
