Assumption of Responsibility:
By participating in this event, you acknowledge your responsibility for any accidents or damages that may be caused by your actions. Speaker Substitutions or Cancellations:

Non-Refundable Tickets:
Please be aware that tickets for this event are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you retain the option to transfer your ticket to a friend or team member who can attend in your stead. Depending on the volunteer role, we expect volunteers to contribute 10-12 hours per week to prepare for the event before the event date. Please, consider that all above-mentioned volunteer roles are NOT one-time contributions only on the event date.
