Join FemCity for a beautiful evening of connection, restoration, and intentional pause in partnership with Inner Space.

Hosted in the calming space of Inner Space by Brandy Gilmartin, this special evening is designed to give women in business space to slow down, connect, and experience deep restoration through sound healing, followed by a creative flower bar experience.

Our sound bath will be led by Kristin VanGundy, a sound bath practitioner who creates restorative experiences designed to help participants relax, reset, and reconnect.

5:30 PM – 5:50 PM | Social + Connection
Arrive, settle in, enjoy light drinks and snacks, and connect with fellow attendees.

6:00 PM | Sound Bath Begins Promptly
Please arrive on time and be ready in your chosen spot by 6:00 PM so we can begin together without interruption.

7:00 PM – 7:30 PM | Flower Bar Experience
After the sound bath, enjoy a flower bar experience and create your own bouquet to take home.
