FEM: In Bloom

Welcome to FEM: In Bloom.

This is a free, donation-based gathering for women of all walks of life; to reconnect with our bodies, intuition, and inner power this spring. Through gentle movement, reiki, stretch, and reflective practices, we’ll create space to soften, ground, and come home to ourselves - together.

Led by a small team of women healers and space holders, this intimate event invites you to rest, recharge, and return to the wisdom within.

Our journey includes:

• Embodied Movement💫– a short and empowering strength- based bodyweight movement session to energise and ground
• Group Reiki Healing 💫 – clearing and calming the energetic body
• Stretch & Release 💫 – slow, restorative movement for tension release
• Reflections & Healing Circle 💫 – guided reflection to honour what’s rising, including intention setting
• Optional 1:1 Sessions 💫 – personal consultations, tarot, reiki, and more (first come, first served)

Also featuring:

• Crystals, jewellery and accessories for sale!

Tickets are free, but donations are welcomed when signing up to help facilitate this event. No pressure - your presence is the gift.

You'll also have the opportunity to book 1 - 1 sessions with our practitioners on the day to take place after our group sessions are completed.
