Join art therapist Katrina Grabner, RCC (She/Her) for two hours on the morning of August 15th from 10am-12pm for a FELT SENSE ECO-ARTS WEAVING WORKSHOP. This is for beginners and will be more about tuning into self, connecting with natural materials and finding soothing somatic rhythm together. Together we will explore what it means to practice poetic attention. No art making skills or abilities required, just a sense of curiosity, wonder and a willingness to play. For those who are 16 years of age or older. Please note, that while I am an art therapist, this is not an art therapy group session, although the workshop will be held with values of care, mindfulness and curiosity.

This workshop is limited to 12 people, so if you sign up please do your best to commit to coming, even though this is being offered for free. On the day of, pay what you can donations for use of supplies is invited, but not required at all.Please note that the space unfortunately is not wheel chair accessible and requires you to walk up several flights of stairs. The workshop will be offered in English.

You can expect a safe and respectful environment where you will be provided with gentle direction and support. This is a workshop for moving slowly and for being open to what might come through.
