Felt Flowers That Last: A Sustainable Bouquet Workshop

Join us for a relaxing Felt Flower Workshop as part of San Diego Climate Week! This event is meant to be low-pressure and fun - no crafting experience needed!
Every flower will be crafted from , a local textile thrift store whose mission includes recirculating materials to create access for more people to enjoy a creative life while helping to curb overconsumption of textiles.
Your custom arrangement will stay bright and beautiful for years, whether it lives on your desk, within your bookshelf, or as a thoughtful gift for someone you love.
What's Included?
- One complimentary beverage from Tiny Giant Taproom
- Step-by-step instruction and personal guidance from your instructor
- All felt materials (various colors available!)
- Templates for how to make different flowers and greenery
- Crafting tools, including scissors, glue guns, pliers, etc.
- A glass bud vase for you to build your arrangement

Fresh flowers are beautiful but short-lived. As part of San Diego Climate week, Wildflower Whimsy wants to help you create something everlasting that is sure to brighten your day! A handmade felt bouquet is a lasting alternative that reduces waste, reuses materials that already exist, and adds a bit of whimsical joy to any space.
