This event is all about tapping into your inner emotions and allowing them to flow freely, guiding you towards a deeper connection with yourself. Get ready to release any pent-up emotions, embrace your true self, and experience a sense of healing like never before. Don't miss out on this transformative event!

Here's whats on the agenda:

• Intention Setting
• Conversations around self love and connectedness
• 30-45 mins of vinyasa yoga centered around self love, release and acceptance
• 30-45 mins of guided meditation & journaling (with promtps) to allow participants to rest and reconnect deeper with themselves
• Interactive sound bath experience to allow participants to flow through their emotions using sound
• Tips and tangible resources for maintaining a self love practice
• Collective tarot & oracle reading for more guidance & wisdom to take home
• Mini breaks in between for replenishment (drinks & light refreshments provided)

This experience will be a safe space for anyone looking to recconect with themselves and connect with others in the spiritual community. We are more than happy to hold extra space for anyone needing it. Our goal and intention for this event is for people to leave feeling empowered, inspired and renewed.
