Join us at Northwest Iowa Counseling at 920 South Grand Avenue in Spencer for our 2nd annual community fall family event! This event is FREE to the public! Enjoy carnival games, a trick or treating loop, a petting zoo, and much more (details to come soon!). Each child will receive a Northwest Iowa Counseling drawstring bag to collect their goodies, while supplies last.
