Big feelings are part of growing up — and kids don’t need fixing, they need tools.
This year I’m offering a quarterly Social-Emotional Learning class for kids ages 4–7, designed to help children:
• understand their feelings
• learn simple ways to calm their bodies
• communicate emotions with more ease
• know that all feelings are okay
Each class is educational, interactive, and fun, using stories, movement, creativity, and gentle activities kids love. These are stand-alone classes, so families can join one or all four.

Cost: $20/child (If you have more than 1 child in your family attending, please message me).

Because when kids learn early that feelings are just messengers, they grow into more confident, connected humans. 💛
This series is inspired by the well-loved Slumberkins® social-emotional curriculum and uses stories, creativity, and simple tools to help kids understand their feelings in kid-friendly ways.
About the Instructor: Christy Cotterman
I’m deeply passionate about teaching children emotional skills early — before frustration turns into shutdown, before feelings feel overwhelming, and before kids believe something is “wrong” with them.
I believe feelings are simply messengers, and when children learn how to understand them, communicate them, and regulate their bodies, they grow into more confident, connected humans.
My classes are playful, educational, and interactive, blending stories, movement, creativity, and simple calming tools kids can actually use in everyday life. My goal is to help children feel safe in their emotions — and to give families language and tools that support emotional growth at home.
