Feeling Safe in our body - Root Chakra

We invite you to gather with us for a shamanic meditation event centered on the ROOT Chakra. Located in the base of the spine, this session aims to ground and stabilise, helping you to reconnect with the earth beneath you. Opening the heart with warm Cacao, you will then be guided through visualisations, journeying inward, envisioning a vibrant red light enveloping your being, symbolising strength, stability and a deep sense of safety and belonging. The Shamanic practices and energy healing, are accompanied by a gentle conscious connected breathwork journey, breathing into every cell of the body, discovering any parts of you, that need nurturing in a sense of safety.
