Join me for an intimate workshop designed to help you uncover, process, and integrate the emotions your body has been holding. Together, we’ll step into a space of awareness, guided practice, and reflection—so you can carry healing with you long after the class ends.What to Expect
We’ll begin with connection and conversation, followed by guided meditation/sound healing to meet the emotion waiting to be acknowledged. Journaling prompts will help you deepen the process, either in class or as a take-home practice. You’ll leave with tools to recognize stuck emotions, move them safely, and integrate them into your life with greater clarity and ease.

What to Bring:
• Something to sit or lie comfortably on (yoga mat or chair)
• Water
• An open heart and curious spirit
What I will Supply:
• Journal and Pen (a gift for you)
• Spelled Crystal for grounding and clairity
• "how to" instructions for at home
