Spring is the perfect time to shake things up, move some energy, and reconnect with the joy of being in your body. This 6-week series is all about feeling the vibes—moving with energy, good music, and creative flows that help you get out of your head and into your body.Expect a dynamic vinyasa-style practice with playful transitions, plenty of movement, and sequences that keep things interesting. We'll move up and down from the mat, explore creative flow patterns, and focus on what yoga is really about: moving in ways that feel good in your body. This class is designed to be energetic, fun, and accessible, with a welcoming atmosphere where you can explore movement at your own pace.
As with all of my classes, this is a trauma-sensitive space where choice is always encouraged. You are invited to listen to your body, modify movements, rest when needed, and practice in a way that supports you.
We’re also excited to try out a new location right in town, thanks to Body Balance Wellness.
