Take a moment to pause and embrace the opportunity to “come as you are.” Our gathering is designed to uplift and calm, offering a safe space where you can truly be yourself. Whether you choose to wear pajamas or whatever makes you feel comfortable, you’re welcome here. Regardless of your mood or state, just come as you are. You’ll leave feeling uplifted. There’s a special magic that happens when women gather.

Our session aims to activate your mind, body, and spirit through mindfulness practice, breathwork, and yoga, helping you to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Following an hour of movement, quiet introspection, and soothing music, we’ll gather in Circle to share food and meaningful connections.

Our intention is to create a nurturing environment for authentic connection. When you let your voice be heard without the pressure to fix or resolve, the energy begins to flow and transformation happens.

About Your Guides

Hello, I’m Emily Elizabeth Steinberg. I have been teaching yoga and mindfulness for nearly 20 years to large classes, small intimate groups, one-on-one, and more recently, those impacted by cancer. I was divorced in 2017, the catalyst to my Dark Night of The Soul—this passage led me to releasing psych meds I was on for nearly two decades as well as becoming a Life Transitions Coach. By combining these healing modalities, yoga and life coaching, I offer a unique experience to dive deeper into the wisdom of the body and the heart. My intention as a guide is to help you access greater physical, emotional, and spiritual resilience to navigate life's terrain. You will feel welcomed, safe, and supported under mindful instruction. Modifications will always be offered.

More personally, I’m a single mom to a thriving, soulful, and very independent teenage son. I am also a newly certified Vital Mind Reset Coach helping empower people to choose lifestyle medicine over pharmaceuticals. A delight to be part of this growing community. Sarah Glasser, J.D.- Owner of YENology, a retail boutique whose primary focus is on a luxe lifestyle, with an emphasis on women and wellness, and a path towards peaceful living. She wants to help everyone “feel the wave” of life, by providing a safe space to explore all avenues for self discovery, peace, and comfort.

Sarah is a licensed lawyer that practiced family law in Missouri. In 2017, Sarah pivoted her practice to focusing on cannabis law and supporting the passing of Medical Marijuana in Missouri. As a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in East Asian Studies, she immersed herself in eastern culture and herbal medicines and participated in a study abroad program in China through Duke University. While receiving her Juris Doctor at The University of Tulsa - College of Law she focused on women’s health and wellness by volunteering her time with local domestic violence organizations. After moving back to St. Louis, she served for eight years on the board of Woman’s Place, an organization focused on providing support for women who were victims of domestic and sexual violence. She helped form Missouri’s first Women’s Cannabis Business organization, We Are JAINE, which was established in 2021 and serves as Co-President. She also served on Saint Louis Ballet’s Board of Directors for four years. She was recognized as one of Saint Louis’ Most Influential Business Women for the class of 2022 by the Saint Louis Business Journal.
