About this Event

You wake up already tired.
Your chest feels tight.
Your jaw slightly tense.

You keep going.
You function.
You show up.

But something inside feels stuck.

You’ve tried understanding.
You’ve tried talking.
You’ve tried “working on yourself.”

And still — your body holds.

Quantum Bodywork is a guided somatic group experience
working directly with the body, breath and nervous system.

Not through analysing.
Not through talking.
Through real, physical experience.

You lie on the mat.
Eyes closed.
Breath moving.

The ribs expand.
The belly begins to soften.
Heat in the hands.
Energy wave in the legs.

Something you’ve been holding
without even knowing
starts to surface.

Breath opens the body.
Movement follows sensation.
Emotions begin to move.
Energy starts to flow again.

No performance.
No doing it right.
Just the body, in motion.



What happens in the session?

This is a guided somatic journey moving between activation and integration, allowing the nervous system to open safely and gradually.

The process unfolds in five rounds, each followed by integration.


Round 1 — Gentle activation (nose breathing)

We begin with slow, conscious breathing through the nose.
This helps regulate the nervous system and signal safety to the body.
The activation is gentle.
You start arriving into sensation.
Soft opening.
No intensity.


Integration 1

You come back to stillness.
Back to your natural breath.
Back to silence.

This is time for the body and nervous system
to absorb and digest the experience.


Round 2 — Deeper activation (nose + mouth breathing)

The breath becomes fuller.
Air moves deeper into the chest and belly.
The body begins to open more.

From this round, we begin to gently invite:
more movement
more vocal release
sound activation
deeper expression

Everything is always optional and guided.


Integration 2

Back to stillness.
Back to your natural breath.
Back to silence.

The nervous system reorganises.
The body absorbs what just happened.


Round 3 — Activation (mouth breathing)

The breath becomes more rhythmic.
The body begins to move more freely.

From rounds three to five, the process deepens.
You may be invited into:
more movement
more sound
more vocal expression
emotional release

The body leads.
Nothing is forced.


Integration 3

Stillness again.
Natural breath.
Silence.

Time for the body
to digest and settle.


Round 4 — Deeper activation (mouth breathing)

The breath intensifies.
Movement becomes more organic.
Sound may arise naturally.
Emotions may surface and move.

You continue to explore movement, sound and expression
at your own pace.


Integration 4

You return to stillness.
Breath becomes natural again.
The nervous system settles.
Space opens inside.


Round 5 — Final activation (mouth breathing)

The deepest round.
Full expression is allowed.
Breath.
Movement.
Sound.
Release.

This is the peak of the process,
followed by the longest integration.


Final integration

Complete stillness.
Natural breath.
Silence.

The body absorbs.
The nervous system regulates.
What was released begins to settle.

You rest inside a clearer, lighter state.



The session includes:

• Conscious connected breath
• Intuitive, organic movement
• Sound and vocal release
• Light supportive touch (optional, in-person only)
• Music-guided somatic journey

You are guided from the very first moment you arrive
to the final integration at the end.

No experience needed.
The work meets you exactly where you are.



This session may be for you if:

You feel stuck or disconnected;

You feel stress or emotional tension in the body;
Your chest or throat often feels tight;
Your breath feels shallow;
You’ve done inner work but something still feels held;
Meditation or insight is no longer enough;
You want a real, embodied shift;

This is not about relaxing.
It’s about release.

Reclaiming your energy.
A full-body reset.
A return to yourself.


Group container:

Small, intimate group;
Shared supportive space;
Each person moves through their own process;
You remain fully in control at all times;
You can stop at any moment;
Trauma-informed, nervous-system aware guidance.

No experience required.

This session can be a beautiful way to experience the work first
before moving into deeper one-to-one support.
