โข Identify and implement strategies to enhance personal and social competencies.
โข Apply emotional intelligence skills in diverse workplace scenarios and family interactions.
โข Resolve conflicts and lead teams more effectively using emotional intelligence.
โข Communicate with empathy and build trust-based relationships in both personal and professional life.
