Every Friday at Grounded Cafe Kallaroo we host free wellness events EVERYONE IS WELCOME. Choose one, two or all three sessions! Please keep your eyes on the page for possible time changes and other events! 🧘🏼♀️6am meet up at the kiosk for a gentle sunrise dip in the ocean. We generally had across the road although if the weather is sketchy, we head slightly south.
9am It’s a 45 min Yin Yoga session with the incredible Nickey from ‘Fleetwood Yoga’. Suitable for all levels. Feel completely held and supported through slow movement and breath.
10am Regulate your nervous system with Dom from ‘Held by Dom’. Dom will guide you through a series of breath work, meditation and movement. The session is a lot of fun, gentle, relaxing and so good for you! Connect with NOW & move through your daily overwhelm.
