Join us for a fun-filled afternoon at the Liverpool Aquatics Centre Lifestyle! Bring the whole family for a day of FREE activities and good vibes. Whether you want advice on healthy eating, to try out a new sport, or make connections with local health care providers for yourself and your children, we have something for you!

Info: For Children 0 - 5 years old. Join us for a 45 minute TASTER session with the Music Bus. Babies and children love music and singing and at Music Bus we’ll take you and your little one on an exciting musical journey every week.

Together you’ll enjoy fun filled adventures with puppets, characters, sounds and experiences coming together in an action-packed session full of discovery, joy and laughter.

Playing percussion instruments, exploring our big storyboard, learning action songs, rhythm time, dancing, parachute play and many more exciting activities developed over 22 years to make your experience one to remember.

Organisations such as Liv Life Liverpool, Children's Centres, Alder Hey, Immunisations Team, Alfie's Squad, YPAS, Merseyside Fire & Rescue and Merseyside Police will be on hand to speak with you!

Info: For ages 3 - 5. Come practice children's biking skills on the slalom course! Bikes will be provided.

Info: For all ages. Come and have some football fun! Coaches from our local women's football club are offering taster sessions for children of all abilities. Girls and boys welcome!

Info: For ages 4+. Liverpool Tennis Centre are delivering free taster sessions! All equipment provided.
