Feel Better Together is an ๐-๐ฐ๐๐๐ค, lottery-funded, trauma-informed mindโbody programme designed for anyone who feels stuck in their head, overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from their body. Across two gentle 8-week blocks (with setup and reflection weeks), youโll learn simple, scientifically supported practices that help you feel calmer, stronger, and more at home in yourself.
Each week blends ๐๐๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ฅ๐ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ, ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐ก๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค, ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ, ๐ฆ๐๐๐ข๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ ๐ญ๐๐๐ก๐ง๐ข๐ช๐ฎ๐๐ฌ, ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ๐๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฌ. Youโll explore top 10 chair-based stretches for lifelong mobility, learn how breath and nervous system regulation work, experience guided meditation & mindfulness practices, and build healthier thought patterns with practical coaching techniques.
Everything is taught in a ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐, ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐ฐ๐๐ฒโadaptable for all bodies, all ages, and all levels of experience. Youโll receive short home practices, audio guides, and simple daily habits to help you feel better in everyday life.
This course is for you if you want to move more freely, worry less, sleep better, and reconnect with your body in a safe, encouraging community.
