After our sessions, people are sleeping better, feeling lighter, more open and inspired, aches and pains are going away. Very helpful for anxiety and depression.
A welcoming group. Very easy to learn and follow along. "Greg is a wonderful teacher!" We breathe and move and stretch. All ages.
Lovely to be doing something good for you out in beautiful nature!
Event is one hour. Always different and unique each week.
