Thomas Prescott, born and raised near Philadelphia, graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor's degree in Biology. He then went on to attend Norwich University where he obtained a Master's degree in Public History.
Author of "Reaching the Promised Land" (2012), the stories of Scots-Irish Settlers in Frontier Central, PA, Prescott remains passionate about history.
Since publishing his book, he has interned at Cedar Creek Battlefield Foundation and recently began volunteering at the Warren Heritage Society!
