We will need help with food donations, serving, transporting, food pick up, clean up. We feed about 350 plus men at the homeless shelter. With your support, donations and volunteerism, we can all help to serve them Caribbean meals
Volunteer Opportunities for Serving Caribbean Meals
We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join us in providing delicious Caribbean meals to over 350 men at the local homeless shelter. Your support in this endeavor is invaluable. Here are some ways you can contribute:
Volunteer Roles
Food Donations
Donations of pre-cooked meals are welcome, provided they adhere to our menu guidelines.
Serving
Join us in serving meals. Volunteers are needed to help set up serving stations, plate food, and ensure each guest receives a satisfying meal.
Transporting
Help us transport food from the donation points to the shelter. Volunteers with vehicles, especially those with large storage capacity, are greatly appreciated.
Food Pick Up
Assist with picking up food donations from various local businesses and community drop-off points.
Clean Up
After the meal, we need volunteers to help with cleaning and organizing the kitchen and dining areas. This includes washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring everything is ready for the next meal service.
