3hr cruise w/ lock passage, 3-course meal with a cocktail including Fee Brothers Bitters created aboard by Mixologist Drew Rice with each course, live presentation by 5th generation Owner of Fee Brothers Jon Spacher,
Erie Canal/CB narration by CB Captain & a service charge.
(8% sales tax on food & beverages additional)

1st Course – Mixed field green salad topped with Poached Shrimp served w/ Blood Orange & Cardamom Vinaigrette Dressing paired w/ Cocktail #1,
2nd course – Chicken Oscar – Boneless Chicken Breast topped w/ Crab Meat, Asparagus spears and a Hollandaise Sauce paired w/ Cocktail #2,
3rd course – Apple Jack Bunt Cake paired with a DeWitt Old Fashioned

Hundreds of beverage options are available for purchase from our full licensed bar aboard. Cash & credit cards are accepted on the boat.
Bagged Snacks & both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks from our fully licensed bar are available for purchase aboard. Cash & Credit cards are accepted on the boat.
Per NYS Liquor Authority, Monroe County Health Department and insurance laws and policies, NO outside food or beverages (including bottled water) are permitted to be brought aboard.
- **All cruises board 15 minutes before departure.**
- Please meet at our dock to check in prior to boarding time.
All public cruises must meet the minimum number of required passengers for a cruise to sail as planned.
