YSU Penguin Productions is excited to host the 11th annual FEDERAL FRENZY Music and Arts Festival in Downtown Youngstown! For the first time FEDERAL FRENZY will be a 2-day event, beginning the evening of Friday, April 25th at Penguin City Brewing Company and continuing Saturday, April 26, 2025, on West Federal St and Phelps St, from 2-11pm. Over 30 musical performances, local vendors, food trucks, live artistry, and interactive stations will fill the streets of the city! The event is free and open to the public. With recent attendance exceeding 7,500 people, FEDERAL FRENZY has become a fundamental part of Youngstown’s community calendar and an amazing opportunity to connect with the people in our region.
