Federal Compliance Grant Training for Perkins V and Adult Education and Family Literacy Act (AEFLA) Subrecipients: This professional development opportunity is designed for Superintendents, Business Administrators, CTE administrators, Adult Education Program Directors, and CTE and Adult Education department heads. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of the Federal requirements most often associated with Perkins V and AEFLA activities, including time and effort reporting; when cost obligations occur; determining federal, state and local costs; supplanting; and which costs are allowable and unallowable.
