February's *FREE* Monthly Health and Wellness Class is right around the corner!Jumping right into classes after our brainstorming session in January, February's class in the community room at the library in Bellefonte on the 13th from 5:30-6:30 will be an interactive and immersive educational experience about Sound Healing! 🎶
Come learn about the science behind sound healing with the community and me! Learn about the history of its origin along with the beauty of cymatics. Learn how to play a Tibetan sound bowl, try your hand at my tuning forks, and glide your fingers across some sweet twinkling chimes while we discuss the value of balancing our chakras and regulating our nervous system with sound, vibration, and frequency.
