Calling All Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio Young Professionals!
Come work on your New Year's Resolution to Connect More with Others and Become Healthier!
Sweat + Connect is Northeast Ohio's monthly fitness and networking experience, geared toward young professionals, entrepreneurs, and ambitious individuals ages 23 to 40 who want to connect with like-minded people. Our workouts are more collaborative, with pairs or teams working together and sharing experiences.
This month, we are traveling to Willoughby, inviting young professionals to disconnect from the office and reconnect with their community. We begin with a revitalizing one-hour movement session designed to reset your focus. Then, grab some snacks and refreshments and network in a casual, pressure-free environment. Make sure to bring some business cards, but no suit and tie necessary here!
February Meetup Information
Date: Wednesday, February 25th
Time: Check-In at 5:45 pm, Workout at 6:00 pm, Mixer at 7:00 pm

Sweat + Connect's Mission
Established in September 2025 by ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer Christian Pizarro, our mission is to build a stronger active community in Northeast Ohio through workouts and networking events. No matter what industry you work in and whether you're beginning to work out or are more experienced, you are welcome to attend, meet new people, and break a sweat!
Here's what to expect:
- A 1-hour bootcamp workout that’s fun, challenging, and beginner-friendly(modifications provided for all levels).
- A casual post-workout mixer with healthy snacks + drinks.
- A chance to meet like-minded professionals who value both wellness and connection.
- A community that leaves you feeling energized, accomplished, and connected.
- A chance to win some prizes during the workout!

About the Host
With seven years in the fitness industry, ISSA-certified fitness trainer Christian Pizarro focuses on helping people achieve a more active lifestyle through community and collaboration. He thrives on bringing people together in the name of health and wellness through events he attends and organizes, as well as networking with various groups throughout the country.
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Miami University (Oxford, OH), Christian brings his services to the local community and beyond.

Info: This will be a one-hour bootcamp-style workout consisting of a warmup, main workout, game, and cooldown. Depending on attendance, you may be paired with someone or in teams.

Info: After the workout, we will meet in the lobby, eat some post-workout snacks and drinks, and connect with our peers in this no-pressure environment.
