February Yoga Retreat MorningWe begin with a hatha yoga session suitable for everyone (including beginners) to get ourselves moving, engage and tone muscles and lift our heart rate.
Then we have a slow and calming yin yoga practice to stretch and ease muscular tension, followed by a deeply relaxing yoga nidra, a type of meditation.
All of this is finished off with a nutritious hug in the form of a light vegetarian lunch courtesy of local business the Artisan Tea Room.
I’m hosting this event in our beautiful and quiet village hall on Simonside Terrace.
Tickets are limited, are £25 each and are non-refundable
