You are very welcome to join our next Work Day starting at 10am on Saturday 28th February. Meeting Place is the Entrance opposite West Hill.
We will be working around the meadow area – cutting back encroaching foliage on paths in this part of the Hurst to make them more easily accessible and also cutting back on plants on the edge of the meadow itself to help the wildflowers to thrive here again this year. If we get the chance, we will also see if we can deal with some laurel plants and holly regrowth on the slope to the (east) side of the meadow that leads down to Upper Selsdon Road.
All tools will be provided but please bring a drink and/or snack if you feel you need them and always wear appropriate shoes and clothes.
