February Women's Circle

You’re warmly invited to join us for our monthly Women’s Circle — a sacred, supportive space to slow down, soften, and step away from the busyness of everyday life.

This circle offers time to rest, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in the company of other women. There is no judgement here, only kindness, respect, and being truly heard. You’re welcome to arrive exactly as you are.

This month’s gathering will gently focus on love and self-love, in alignment with the energy of Valentine’s season — a chance to turn your attention inward and nurture your relationship with yourself.

During our time together, we’ll be guided through a blend of nurturing practices, which may include:

• Earth art and creative expression
• A guided meditation supported by gentle sound
• A sharing circle (always optional — listening is just as welcome)

These practices are offered as invitations, allowing you to take part in a way that feels right for you.

This circle is open to all women, whether this is your first time or something you’re returning to. No previous experience is needed — simply an openness to slow down and be present.

Please bring a pillow, blanket, yoga mat, water, and a journal and pen to help you feel comfortable and supported throughout the evening.
