February Womens Circle

What to expect;

This is our first Womens gathering of 2025 and i am honoured to hold this space for us to come together in community to rest and reset.

Our Womens circles are held on the 3rd Sunday of every month, and are a time for us to show up with compassion towards ourselves and each other, just as generations of women before us would have done.

Taking time out of our busy everyday lives to rest recharge and reconnect is a form of self care and the energy when women come together in circle is a magical experience of support and connection that i believe we need more of right now.

The evening;

💫18:00 Opening circle

💫18:15 Breathwork and gentle movement

💫 18:45 Angel cards and guided journalling

💫 19:00 Optional sharing circle

💫 19:15 Guided meditation

💫 19:45 Intention setting and closing circle

💫 20:00 Home time

💫 Special gift to take home for everyone

What to bring:

💫 Water bottle

💫 Travel mug or cup for tea

💫 Journal and pen

💫 Fluffy socks and layers to feel cosy and a blanket if you want to get extra snuggly in our guided meditation!
