During the Sound Bath, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of a variety of healing instruments, including Tibetan and crystal sound bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. These beautiful sounds are designed to guide you into a meditative state, calming your mind and rejuvenating your spirit. 🎶✨
To deepen the experience, we’ll also incorporate Reiki healing, providing a gentle flow of energy to help release emotional and physical tension. 🌟
